Nijhum Dwip is the island of silence and tranquility, where lives with deer!! Life struggles here but it has splendid natural beauty. The eye-catching and very quiet environment of this island really justifies its name. Tourists are bound to make a sense of silence during the exploration of Nijhum Island. The flamboyant beauty of Nijhum is almost unblemished by the human expedition. If you didn’t visit there yet, you have surely missed something in life. Life really happens here, no doubt about the arduous and troublesome life style which absolutely depends on the tidal forces of water.

Route 02: We are 4 in number. We started our journey from Shamoly, Dhaka to Sonapur, Noakhali by Himachol bus service AT 10:30 PM (400tk per head). After a short tea break in Comilla we reached at Sonapur about 5:30 AM. The very fast morning was so darken and foggy therefore we have to wait about half an hour and talking with CNG drivers more about the road, port, time and expenses. The way that we started this is the hardest way to reach Nijhum Dwip. We reserved a CNG to Chairman Ghat for 500tk and it took around 1 hour. There are sea truck, troller, and engine boats to cross the sea to reach Hatia Island from Chairman Ghat. Sea truck and troller are available only from 09:00 am to 3:00 pm depending on tidal ups and downs. We decided to go by sea-truck and it would be the better choice for nomad travelers.

Beautiful Moment in Nijhum Island
First Day: Everyone was so tired after around 15 hour’s incredible non-stop journey. After refreshing at hotel room we took our lavish lunch with traditional seafood in a local restaurant. It is about 3:30 pm, we started to the get the real taste of Nijhum Dwip tour. We hired a local boat (100tk) for Komolar Dwip (special for Birds), Kobirajer Chor (Natural views), Chowdhorir Khal, where deer are playing in the forest. You must go before evening. To see deer in the forest is defends on your luck. You cannot see deer often in the forest. You must keep silent, follow your guide and keep the camera ready for the shutter. Suddenly, you can see a large group of deer near of you eating leaves or grass. But, they are very clever and their hearing power is so high. Only a small sound of dry leaves can aware them of leaving the place with 100km per hour speed. Moving behind the deer line was so exciting and memorable for me. It was so sunny and hot day, therefore we have to move in the clay mixed mangrove forest. After a few moments, it was so beautiful to see the herd of deer moving in front of us. But the herd of deer fled the place from a few hundred yards after hearing the sound of the camera shutter. We also saw thousands of buffalo herd on the deep green ground and canal.

At the time of return, we got in trouble, trapped in the tiny canal inside the forest, which is covered by waist height mud. We had to wait for high tide until 10 pm. After a long time, we enjoyed lying on the wood made boat under the open sky as well, Moonlight night was awesome. Watching Bengali movie “Paglu2” in the boatman’s mobile gave us a fantastic and unforgettable moment.

Wonderful Nijhum Dwip
At the very early morning on our second day, we were very lucky to saw a deer near the window of Nijhum Resort. Taking some photos, we moved to the Choakhali sea beach by motorbike, if you lucky deer can be seen there.

Namar Bazar sea beach it is almost 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel room. It is clay mixed sandy beach but the mind blowing wind can touch your heart deeply. Drinking fancy green coconut water was awesome and it helped us to fit physically in that hot day.

Deer in Nijhum Island
After 11:00 am we reserved an engine boat to enjoy the whole Nijhum Dwip and the new “Virgin Island Sea Beach”. Our boat started to run over the heavy wave, seeing birds, buffalos, mangrove forest, fisherman, and splendid natural beauties. The day was ended by moving behind the deer at the Chowdhori Khal forest area. Hiding inside the forest and waiting for deer silently was so incredible. Finally, the dream comes true, after waiting about 30 more minutes silently a herd of deer coming to the open ground slowly and carefully. That was a great chance us to see deer and taking some photos of the trees and jungle of the forest. It was so imagined and unexplainable moment that a large group of deer were moving and eating grass and leaves in front of us.

  16. There are extremely a couple of kinds of against Belling gadgets that you can disregard, each with their own particular preferences and disservices. A standout amongst the wildest dogs barking devices is the shocking removed. It is trusted that this gadget is intense in light of the fact that it attempts to incur pain on the dog at each point the dog tries to bark. Regardless, there are other individuals who assume that shocking collars consummately get ready gear as long as they are not messed with. Everything is the recommended things here
